Challenge
Haul-road pavement design lived in scattered sheets and one-off scripts. Hard to compare methods, fleets, and operating costs side by side.
What we built
Wrapped the haul-pave engine in a Tauri desktop GUI with OEM fleet registry, multi-scenario cost, sensitivity sweeps, and shareable .hcalc project files.
Outcomes
- USACE CBR and TRH 14 thickness in one place
- Fleet and LCCA comparison with charts
- CSV/PDF BoQ and Excel cost exports
