Challenge
Phone and court clips stay stuck as raw files; coaches want body, racket, and shuttle evidence without uploading athlete video to the cloud.
What we built
Shipped a web control plane paired with Windows Local Agent setup: analyze video on this PC, review results, and unlock Technique + Footwork modules only when real-evidence benchmarks pass.
